Christopher
I use NetBeans. Just found out Netbeans 8.0 beta has come out. It's very easy to debug PHP in Netbeans, while debugging in Eclipse is too slow(maybe the same in Zend Studio which is based on Eclipse). Another nice IDE is Visual Studio 2012, though I don't use it often at the moment. It has a PHP plugin but is not free to use.
HartleySan
I don't use an IDE. I use Notepad2 on Windows (http://www.flos-freeware.ch/notepad2.html). The only feature Notepad2 doesn't have that I wish it did is the ability to search and replace across files. For Mac OS X, I prefer Sublime Text (as I think 90% of Mac users do). For Ubuntu, et al., I prefer Vim or Geany.
Larry
I tend to use Sublime Text or TextMate. I have PhpStorm but haven't really taken the time to master it.
