  1. Nevermind. I resolved the problem. I went to Hosts>General and saw my Disk Location was /Users/name/Sites, so I saved the PHP scripts to that location and it worked.
  2. Hello all, If you haven't guessed by the topic title, I'm a newbie. Leave it to me to run into a wall 12 pages in. As directed, I've downloaded and installed MAMP. I created a PHP script in Dreamweaver and saved it to /Applications/MAMP/htdocs (which according to the book is the normal Web document root). In the next steps, the book asks you to open a Web browser and type in the URL of the site where your script has been saved. I've tried the examples listed but it's saying Not Found. I've double checked the spelling and the extension. How do I check if it's in the proper directory? Or if I have the script saved in the correct document root? Any help for a newbie would be extremely helpful. I'm running MAMP PRO 2.2 and MAC OS X 10.7.5. Thanks, Eric
