I have been reading this very useful book on Safari Books Online but I am having a hard time using the sample code. I downloaded the examples on your web site for the second edition and only found the source code for ex1, the first example. Also, I am finding discrepancies between what I have downloaded and what is in the book. For example, right after figure 3.8 you describe creating the header. I see no <div> tag with a class of col-9. Can you assist?
