While the INSERT INTO line does insert the record into the database, the file is not sending the email to the users email address. This means the user is not receiving the activation email and thereore cannot sign into the members area.
The site is not up and running at present but I do have it in a subdirectory of my personal website to test the serverside code before I complete he content and post it to its own hosting package. I have attached the config.inc.php and sing-up.php files. Would appreciate any pointers and corrections anyone may have so I can rectify my mistake.
