Gotchas are in every language. Is there a good source for learning the ones in Flex and Flash Builder? Some noob

I'm just about finished with the book, and I'd like to know the best way to build on what I've learned. In particular, I'd like to know how experienced Flex developers create applications (e.g., which of the five ways to accomplish a particular task do most experienced devs choose). I know AS3 well from creating apps in Flash CS Pro (and FlashDevelop), but I don't know what Flex devs use/avoid. TIA, Some noob
