My faul found them now , it was just the naming / folder convention that fooled me, oops!

I recently downloaded the scripts for this excellent book, and I am slowly going through it . However I was surprised to find that there seems to be several scripts missing , in particular 2.5, 2.7 ,2.8 and 2.9 Initially I thought it was the author deciding I should type some work in, but then I noted it said every script should be available to download. can you help please?
