Hmmm... your visible tab title there makes me wonder if there's not actually an HTML problem that's at the root here. I'd look for that first.

If that's not it, if I recall correctly this chapter probably does an HTML index version first. I'd confirm whether or not that's rendering properly.

If you are using the book's files including:
   ./includes/header.html
   ./includes/footer.html
Be sure you have the footer CSS file available at your site:
   ./css/sticky-footer-navbar.css
This will pull the page contents down so that they will not not obscured by the navigation bar.
