abigail
I want to put eChecks on my website (beside Stripe).1. Does anyone know if eCheckDirect is a good one?How do these eCheck companies implement PCI compliance?2. Do you know any other eCheck company that is good?3. Paystand looked really good but I found 2 really bad reviews online that said they did not transfer the money but kept it. I warn you.
Larry
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with any eCheck service, sorry. But as for the reviews, I do know from personal experience that *many* of the negative reviews will be people using the service in violation of its terms, who then get caught. They complain and give negative reviews, but the company can't respond for privacy reasons. Unfortunate, but that's the way it is. No company that looks legit and goes through all the effort to create the infrastructure is going to do all that just to keep someone's $200. It just doesn't make sense. abigail
You do have a good point, Larry. What I will do is talk to them and see what they can say for themselves and maybe I will determine that they are alright. The thing that bothers me a little is there are no other good reviews out there. There doesn't seem to be any review for any of the eCheck companies which seems odd.
