Larry Posted July 14, 2011 Share Posted July 14, 2011 I've used SQLite, although not with PHP. It's an excellent database application, but for smaller scale applications. I've used it for desktop applications, with an integrated database. It's actually the most popular database application there is, as it's on most OSes, mobile devices, and so forth. But it seems like there is so many great things on the web that there simply isn't time to try all of them. But I think I'll have a go using SQlite simply for the number of positive reviews.
