dahDan 0
I am specifically interested in whether the setup for server interactions are for PC or Mac or Both. As a newcomer to server-side technology, I need very specific and detailed instructions for connecting all the parts and this is the place I have been tripped up with other Flex tutorials. BTW, I have your PHP Third Edition and appreciate you writing/teaching skill.
Jonathon 255
I can't say for sure. But I would assume that the book will cover both Mac and PC as every book I have read of Larry's have instructions for set up on PC and Mac and Larry himself is a Mac man.
Larry 428
Thanks for the nice words and for the interest in the book. Yes, Flex 4 and the book are definitely equally supported on both Macs and PCs. I do primarily use a Mac. And one benefit of Flash is that it's highly cross-browser compatible.
