white7wolf
Hey guys, I've hit a bit of a stumbling block and hoping somebody can help me out. I'm at work so I don't have the exact script number, but in chapter 9 there is a script called view_users.php My issue is that with view_users (and with regristration.php), my pages are blank underneath the header after I push the submit button (with the registration) and is totally blank with view_users.php I'm not sure where I've gone wrong. I have the scripts that I downloaded off the site. My mysql_connect php works, (I've tested it and put in wrong info and it does error out if I do that). Thanks! Larry
The first problem is you need to turn on display_errors so that PHP shows you the actual problem. Second, I expect your path to the mysql connection script is wrong.
white7wolf
Thanks Larry. I will look into turning on the display_errors tonight.
white7wolf
Just wanted to say thanks again, turning on the errors did point me to the mysqli_connect.php not being loaded. Apparently I had to change it from ('.../mysqli_connect.php) to ('mysqli_connect.php') and drop the leading characters... so again, thanks!!
