Sql Error?

I've having a problem whenever I'm trying to import sql.sql

SQL query:

CHARSET utf8;
 

MySQL said:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'CHARSET utf8' at line 1


It did manage to import some of it but not everything.

WAMP SERVER: Latest version.


Edited: NOPE NVM...I GOT IT !!
